Nature of Service

Sarvmangal Jyotish Sansthan Ujjain provides digital astrology consultation services, including Kundli (birth chart) reports and remote pooja/anushthan bookings. As these are digital and service-based offerings, there is no physical shipping of goods involved.

Delivery Timeline

• Advanced Kundli Reports are delivered as a PDF on WhatsApp, normally within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Pooja bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp/call with the date the ritual will be performed at the temple.
• If delivery is delayed beyond 48 hours for any reason, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of a paid consultation before the report/pooja has been prepared or performed. Once an astrologer has begun working on your report or a pooja date has been booked with the temple, the order is treated as in progress and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

• If payment was deducted but you did not receive a confirmation or your report/service, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If you cancel before work has started (see above), a full refund will be processed.
• Once a Kundli report has been generated and delivered, or a pooja has been performed, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable, since it is a personalized, non-reusable service.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
